[Solved] .docx not opening!! (AOO 4.1.7. on mac 10.9.5)

Hi,

today, all of a sudden, OO just won't open ANY .docx

Does anybody know what could be the problem? I get no error message.

Nothing happens when I try to open docx files from the menu, or when I drag and drop them on the OO icon...

I tried reinstalling OO and restarting the mac. The same...

I just installed LO 6.2. - it does the job, and perhaps I will even get it to work with zotero, like OO was able to, once.
