Printing black with white on spreadsheet

Been an avid Apache user for about 10 years on my Toshiba laptop. Just upgraded to a HP all in one with windows 10. Downloaded Apache 4.1.7. Created a spreadsheet. They only print black with white text/gridlines. I am not finding the switch to select to change. Laptop still works great.
