[Solved] printing labels from a table
I have tried to print labels from a table, I followed the directions: From the database created a table, then File; New; Labels. In the labels box, I selected the database, Table and selected the Fields that I want printed. Clicked of new document and I only get a page of labels containing the Field Names. I have repeated the process, while checking the directions to make sure that I didn't miss something. No luck, what am I missing or doing wrong?

From the document filled with Field Names press <Ctrl> P
You should get a dialog asking “Do You Want to Print a Form Letter”, answer Yes.
You should now see the Mail Merge dialog.
To test it select the File option and Save as single document and press OK
The Save As dialog allows you to chose a name for the merged file.
Now open the newly created merged file to see what your labels will look like.

Re: printing labels from a table
Nothing happens when I press <Ctrl>P. Another thing is the page with the label(Field Names) has only 20 labels and there are 47 records?

Re: printing labels from a table
is a template so if you only see 20 labels that means that you have chosen a predefined type of label that contains 20 labels per page.the page with the label(Field Names) has only 20 labels
I don't know why <Ctrl>P wouldn't work. Alternatively use File->Print to get the dialog asking “Do You Want to Print a Form Letter?”
