Drop down menus/box?

Hi just wondering if it is possible to do a drop down menu or box and how would it be done. It was done using a "lookup wizard" in Access and im wondering how to use one in Base. It is used while creating tables, where you choose options to choose (e.g. Male and Female) and when you enter in the data, you have an option to pick one of the two instead of typing it.

This has to be done through a form, not in the table editor. Look in the help and/or the forums for Combo Box and List Box.
