Importing Access Database - Order of Fields

I have searched - hope I haven't overlooked a previous topic.

I want to use a current Access database, but when I connect to it, the order of fields is changes, sorted alphabetically.
How can I get around this, having the fields in the original order??

Why so important the fields order?
In database the data stored in fields independently from their position.
In every database the query is the tool for putting fields in order, what you wants, original field order not important.
