Error message on some documents

Hi, after some initial problems (thanks for the help!), I have managed to install Open Office 4.1.7 and opened some documents. On some of them, I get this error message:

Error loading BASIC of document
file///C:Users/owner/AppData/Roaming/OpenOffice/4/user/basic/dialog.xlc/:
General Error
General input/output error

I can close this message, continue to create and save documents, but do I need to do anything about it? Am I doing any harm by ignoring it?
