First hello, I am a 'newbie' to the forum and hope to find out if OpenOffice is for me.

I just want to know about OOo is available for smartphone? if yes then how to get it?

Welcome to the Forums.
There isn't an official version of OpenOffice for smartphones, mainly because different phones use different operating systems.
The one big problem with using OpenOffice (or most Office programs) on a smartphone is the screen size.
OpenOffice 4.1.7, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 on Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate & Windows 10 Home (2004)
