[Solved] Automatic scale selected print area on spreadsheet

I have been using MS Excel for many years and when I had a spreadsheet which was slightly oversize, I was able to click on a box to get the printer to reduce size automatically and print the selected data on one sheet. In OpenOffice I don't seem to be able to do that. Am I missing something?

Try /File /Page Preview and the scaling slider on its toolbar.
