Crashing when saving a new document

When I go to save an Untitled document, as soon as I try to change the folder I'm saving to (instead of saving in "Documents"), OpenOffice crashes. All my documents disappear, though the Save box remains visible (but frozen). When I end the process and restart OpenOffice, the Untitled document I was working on no longer exists, not even as a backup -- OpenOffice "restores" it, but only as a completely blank document. The size of the document doesn't matter; this happens even if it's just one page of text.

Of course, I can work around this, by saving the Untitled document in Documents and then doing a Save As to put it in another folder. But it's weird, and annoying, and I don't always remember to work around it.

Try to reset the user profile of the AOO.
In my opinion it is better to use LibreOffice on the Windows 10.
