Installing/Using OpenOffice 4.1.6

Post by ChristineJ »

I have downloaded Open Office 4.1.6 but don't know how to access it. It is pinned to the task bar. When I click on the icon it brings up a box which asks if I want this app to make changes to the system. I don't know what this means or whether or not I should respond "yes". I have Windows 10 on a custom built system using MSI. Thanks for any help!

Somehow you have the Installation file pinned to the taskbar. The usual download location is the Downloads folder. Click yes to allow the install to proceed. Just follow the prompts and you should have Openoffice installed when it is all done.
