Can not open a document from another destination

How can i open a writer dokument from a share point folder from another computer ?
When i tried to open the dokument open Office starts up and closes again and the dokument do not open what wrong ?

If you (for test purposes) move the document to a local folder, say for example your desktop, does it then open?

Yes when i move it to the desktop it opens .

I got the same problem with libreoffice.
but if i open the dokument with MS Word i opens but look wierd
