Printed page appears blank when I open it

Printed page appears blank when I open it

I am a poet and save all of my poems done with open office. Every now and then when I open one of my poems it does not appear. Might happen once in 50 to 100 attempts. The poem appears in my list but I just get a blank page when I open it.

Might that poem be on the following page? Also, was the page layout complete for the entire file when you attempted to print?
