Constant Crashing when creating Tables

My OO is constantly crashing when I create a table, the table is moved or when I open a document with a table in it. I've tried resetting the user profile but it did not help at all..

Check that your Windows 10 is _fully_ updated, then _restart_ your computer.

Its fully updated and I restarted, still having issues.
