[Solved] V 4.1.6 Download failure

I have made a number of attempts to download the new update but I keep getting the message that the version on my computer cannot be updated. Has anybody any suggestion as to what is wrong.

Normally one downloads the installation file, then runs it to install OO. Have you actually downloaded the installation file, not run it off the download site?

Thank you RoryOF, that must be what I was doing wrong because I now have downloaded and installed V 4.1.6 and it seems to be working correctly. Thanks again.
