Not able to istall OpenOffice 4.1.6

I am trying to install OpenOffice 4.1.6 on Windows 10 and it gives me: "Error 1935. An error has occurred during the installation of assembly. ….. Please refer to Help and Support...." Can anyone help please?

A web search turns up a number of results for that error; however there is usually more to the error message that might provide more specific information.

A forum search for error 1935 also turns up a number of posts that may be helpful.
