I tried to download writer2epub and my computer says if I do it will damage it. So I did not download it. What is wrong?
I used this site for the download
http://writer2epub.it/en/download/

Try this location
https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/download/17844If you get an error message, we need to know exactly what it said.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.9 on Xubuntu 20.04.1 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP

That is the exact same site I mentioned in original post. your link redirects me there. The url bar also indicates it is an unsecured site, if that makes a difference.
thanks

The unsecured massage means that it is not transmitted using https protocol. I would not worry about the message.
