Unable to create spreadsheets

I have just installed Open Office 4.1.5 on a Windows 10 machine in order to create spreadsheets. However when I open the program, the Spreadsheet option is greyed out. All the other options - Text Document, Drawing, Database etc - nare available but not Spreadsheet. Can anyone help me to sort this out? I have restarted Windows, I have deleted and reinstalled Open Office, but to no avail.

Reinstall using the "Custom" option and verify that Calc is selected for installation.
