I lost my password to OpenOffice. Now I cannot get into my Office Documents.

How do I put a new password in, if I can't remember the old password?

OpenOffice itself does not have a password. You may have downloaded something based on OpenOffice but modified. If so, download the official OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org, install it and you should be able to open your documents. If the documents themselves are passworded, that is a different problem. If you are sure that you have the official OpenOffice and that it is not the individual documents that have a password, please explain exactly what you are doing to start the software and what is happening.

Upload a file here which you cannot open, or send a file to me - I have sent you a message with my email ID.
