See this post. The extensions site seems to be down at the moment, so I can't if the link in the post is still correct.

While it would be nice to have a list of 25 going forward in history my issue is wanting to see 30 documents back from now.
Appleworks used to have back as many docs as you wanted.

In Windows, click Start. Type *.odt (or *.od? for text, spreadsheets etc) in the Search box. Click See more results. Click Date Modified column heading. You now see every document in date order.

It should be similar on Mac.

If your problem is solved please view your first post in this thread and click the Edit button (top right in the post) and add [Solved] in front of the subject.

See the Writer Guide, the Writer FAQ, the Writer Tutorials and Writer for students.

Remember: Always save your Writer files as .odt files. - see here for the many reasons why.

I understand that SourceForge are working on reinstating the Extensions and Templates sites, but there is as yet no "time to fix" published.

The HistoryMaster extension can be found at its author's site

The extension site is back up and the history extension allows any number of remembered files in the history.
