Can you please tell us exactly how you think this problem arose?
1. Did you have problems when saving the file?
2. Did AOO or Windows crash or hang?
3. Were you saving to a USB memory stick?
4. Were you recording changes (Edit > Changes > Record ...)?
5. Was it ever saved as a .doc or .docx? Was it ever edited by MS Word? Or by LibreOffice?
6. Do you have any other suggestions?
I ask because we seem to be getting quite a few these days and it would be useful to know what is causing them.

For the record, this was the first? corrupt drawing file (.odg) I have seen.
The problem was merely two malformed graphics tags. It was a one author drawing, with no annotations.
