Failed install of OpenOffice 4.1.5

I have OpenOffice 4.1.3 operating without problems. Each time I try to upgrade to 4.1.5 I get message "Error 1500 Another install is in process. Complete before continuing." However I have no knowledge of any other install in process. What to do?
Current OpenOffice i s4.1.3 and on WIN 10
