Error Message: Get Storage: "no content"

Post by hungba2308 »

Hi Everybody,
I have a big problem with my open office 3.1. This is full message below:
The full error message reads:
OpenOffice can not be started due to an error in accessing the
OpenOffice.org configuration data.
Please contact your system administrator.
The following internal error has occurred: Get Storage: "No Content"

Could you help me to solve this problem? Thank so much!

Please see this post from 2008 on the same problem. If you visit the documentation link provided in that post, you'll need to hit the Stop button on your browser once the page loads, or you'll be redirected to newer pages in the Wiki.

Given the age of your version of AOO you might want to consider upgrading to the current version 4.1.5
Cheers

You should upgrade - there are security implications with running the obsolete software.
LO 6.4.4.2, Windows 10 Home 64 bit

See the Writer Guide, the Writer FAQ, the Writer Tutorials and Writer for students.

Remember: Always save your Writer files as .odt files. - see here for the many reasons why.
