"not recognized" error?

Hi!
I have just upgraded my laptop to windows 10 and now installed open office but while configuring it is giving a not recognized error. What would be the problem does anyone know. If yes please suggest me the solution.

Look at the name of the file in your downloads directory. If it has been renamed from .exe to .man (or something else) silently by Internet Explorer, please rename it at operating system level back to .exe and double click on the renamed file.
