I have an XLSM worksheet that only allows information to be input through a dialogue box. All cells are protected.
When I press the button that shuld open the dialogue box nothing happens
Any suggestions?

Only very simple Excel macros can be run without modification in OpenOffice. I hear that LibreOffice has a somewhat better ability to run MS Office macros. If your macro is complex, it will have to be rewritten to run on OpenOffice or LibreOffice.
