Error while saving - "There are no more files"

I use Microsoft and have been using OpenOffice for years. For the past several weeks, it won't let me save new documents at all. The response says "*file name* There are no more files" . I have tried closing and re-opening, rebooting my computer, different names for the document, but can not figure out what the problem is.

Maybe there is a bad update on your computer. On the Dutch forum was the same problem.
