I don not know, because I never had installed such font in my operating system.

Do you have installed the Minion Pro font set on your computer? Or you have only a document that USES that font?

Check your operating system if the Minion Pro is exist or not. (And there is an Extension for AOO and LO to check the missing and existing fonts in a Writer document:

Unfortunately, LibreOffice won't show any font on my computer at all. It looks like this:

Unfortunately, LibreOffice won't show any font on my computer at all. It looks like this:
All of installed LibreOffice versions worked (and works) fine on my Win7 computer.

Are you using a High contrast theme in your operating system?

Yes, it is installed and is located in %windir%\Fonts. The font comes with Adobe Acrobat Reader. And this is a truly great font, imo. A real good replacement for Times New Roman.

Thank you. But, of course, I realize that my problem with fonts in LO is somewhere on my side.

Why? Does my screen look like a High contrast theme? :?

I never used any High contrast theme, and your picture shows ONLY the launching window of the LibreOffice but not the whole screen...

Well, the point of my screenshot was simply to show that LO wouldn't see any fonts installed on my system.

For example, here's the screen of the document. It's the same thing.

UPDATED

I think I misunderstood you (though I still don't understand what you meant by asking me about "a high contrast theme"), but you definitely were not asking me to post a new screen of my LO with its document being opened. :)

I just searched this problem with the Google, but I found Linux related topics only:

Try to Reset (delete or rename) the user profile of the LibreOffice.

I had already tried it with no effect.

BTW, Zizi64, thank you very much for trying to help with this. I do appreciate it.

UPDATE

But I really didn't follow that step by step instruction you posted above, I did it yesterday on my own. So, I'll give it another shot, because just from reading it it feels like that must be it. I indeed had a former version of LO installed on my system before. And even though it's been uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller something could still remain in my system.

Well, renaming extensions.pmap didn't help either. And everything else I had already tried.
