Greetings. I too am having this problem, all of a sudden, and I have no idea why it suddenly started, out of the blue. I suppose I must have inadvertently done something. In any event, I have tried every possible solution I can think of or find, except the resetting of my profile, as is mentioned above. And the reason I haven't done it is that I can't figure out how to do it. Please help!! Thank you!
