Problem is that when any existing document, or any newly generated, are selected to be opened a "Document recovery" box appears where the document is named "untitled 2" and its status is "not recovered yet." When you hit "start recovery" the status of "untitled 2" shows a red "X" with "recovery failed," but when you then hit "next" the correctly named document then appears on screen. This happens repeatedly with every document.
Hitting "Cancel Recovery" solved the issue with all documents

Re: Every document renamed "Untitled 2" and needs recovery
If you cancel the recovery, does it occur again?
Else, look at the folder where that document was saved and delete the .~ lock file (you may have to display the hidden files & folders in the file explorer).
Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the edit button if your issue has been fixed.

Thanks. Canceling the recovery solved the issue. It hasn't occurred again for any of the documents!
