I cannot get my spell checker to work, I have English (UK) as me language choice. Is the problem that there is not such an extension as an English (UK) dictionary or am I doing something else wrong?
I prefer Open Office and have used it for years.
I am operating Windows 10 and Open Office 4.1.3
Help me please!!

Re: English UK Spell Check
There certainly is an English-UK.
As a first step, try;
Delete or rename your OpenOffice user profile.
In Windows do this by:
Close OpenOffice and the Quickstarter. Open File Explorer. Copy and paste %appdata%\OpenOffice\4 in the File Explorer Address Bar (not the search engine) and press Enter. Delete or Rename the "user" folder. Start OpenOffice.
When you restart OpenOffice, you should be prompted for name/initials on next startup of OO.
