OOoFBTools - removing some

I accidentally added some OOoFBTools that I don't want. I can't fine a way to delete them. I've tried "delete" and there is nothing in "help". Any suggestions

Is this an extension that you want to remove? Is "delete" in the Extension Manager? What happens when you try "delete"?

It is an extension and is removed like any other extension via the extension manager.
