[Solved] Where is View Markup Option?

Hi, where can I find the View Markup otion? It is not under VIEW in my version. Have looked everywhere else. Trying to edit a book that someone has marked with revisions. But all I see are the comments.

Maybe Edit > Changes > Show: ON
