Hi!

I followed the process in the above troubleshooting until the end, but still my open office puts a red line under my Finnish text. I'm using Voikko v. 2.2.20100929 as dictionary.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Does it work with another language?
Can you upload a sample file (see How to attach a document here) so that we try with the Finnish dictionary?

Yes, it works with English.

I don't quite know what you mean by sample file? What should I put in it?

Yes, but there is Voikko (http://voikko.puimula.org/) which they say is a Finnish dictionary extension for OpenOffice specifically. I have installed it but it doesn't seem to work, that's what I was asking about.

The only place where they mention OpenOffice is here: http://voikko.puimula.org/releases.html in an old release note of 2012

Replace OpenOffice with http://libreoffice.org/
