Can't Run OOo

I've repeatedly down loaded OOo, faithfully followed the wizard with no problems to completion, then- NOTHING! No icons, nothing on my start menu, nothing? What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

Are you on Windows? Did you download from http://download.openoffice.org ? Did you try disabling any antivirus during the installation?
