I wonder if there's a way to turn off the automatic updates.
I have corporate users who do not have permission to install updates (or, some do not have internet access) are constantly prompted to upgrade. Also this is killing the network bandwidth.

Tools, Options, Online Update.

It is recommended to update to 2.3.1 though, and 2.4 is out soon.
