Sharing Templates

I am having difficulty with templates. I have tried to share them by placing them in a shared folder on the server and pointing the templates path in OO to them. Only some show up and the others are there but don't show when you try to open new templates. I am a little confused.

Have you read the Forum Survival Guide?

What OOo version and OS are you using?

Have you re-started OpenOffice after you made the changes? You have to exit the quickstarter in the system try as well.
