Click on square box at top right of OpenOffice Window.
Use PostReply or FullEditor button. The upload tab is below the Submit button on those screens.

You may also want to use the menu item View -> Full Screen.

That only maximizes the window it does not put me into full screen.
FJCC had the answer to that.
