[Solved] Unable to read the help files in OpenOffice.org 3.1
[Solved] Unable to read the help files in OpenOffice.org 3.1
When I first used open office.org, I could go to help, click on a topic and read it in a normal size font. Now when I go to help, click on a topic, it is a microscopic size font and I can't get read it. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I solve it?

Re: unable to read the help files in open office.org 3.1
Hi,
the view of text in the 'Help' window [F1] depends
on the selected zoom factor of an HTML document.
Please try →
(1) File > New > HTML Document
(2) View > Zoom [choose your preferred size]
(3) Close the windows ... open a new document ...

Thank you so much. I can't understand how the "zoom" changed, but your solution worked!

Re: [Solved] [Now Un-] Unreadable is back in OpenOffice.org
It is broken again!
Just tried it, 2012-01-02
Navagation Pane is Normal and readable, Contents Pane is barely readable H-1s, and text so small that it is still unreadable when magnified 2x on a 32 bit 1280 by 1024 display Opened Writer
Changed View to HTML
Changed the zoom from 100% to 300%
Closed everything.
opened my calc document.
pressed F1
Again, got barely readable H-1s, and text as in the attachment
Opened a Writer document
Changed View to HTML
zoom is not consistant. It went back to 100%
clicked "help" within the zoom settings window and Again got barely readable H-1s, and unreadable text.
Here it is magnified 4x [nice if they made the first two lines in the "About" window copyable, instead I hope my dyslexia does not strike in the next two lines]
OpenOffice. org 3.3.0
OOO330m20 (Build:9567)
XP SP3
Zoom factor 100% View layout "Single Page"
???
Someone unfixed your fix in a succeeding build?

Please clarify: on which operating system is this happening? On Win XP, Win2K or Linux? If Linux, which flavour?
