Convert OOBase with frontend to SQL with frontend

Looking to hire someone to convert our OO Base to SQL, get the data into the tables then, using the current Writer front-end s a template, create a webpage front end. Will pay per project. Let me know if interested and would like to have a reference or proof of projects completed.
