Recently in my discussion else on the forum a probable error in the UNO documentation came above. I asked where to post it, but got no reply. So I post it here.
in http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/comm ... Model.html a property "MouseWheelBehavior" is named that does not seem to be there. The same goes I think for http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/comm ... Model.html.
Looking deeper without verifying I suspect the same for the also optional property "VerticalAlign" in several of those model descriptions under http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/comm ... n/star/awt.

And besides the page seems to be extremely out of date. Its mainly speaking of OO 3.x

Clicking on the mailinglist gives an error!

Must I infer that the docomentation project died?

May I suggest you try the Contributors 101 link and find there a working link to a list of mailing lists including the Documentation Mailing List (Public)
