Spam addressing you by forum user name

Has anyone received a spam using your forum user name as salutation?

I got this recently (bits snipped for privacy or dodgy URL)

Is it the only place where you use this username?

No other spam with other identities you have in the same mail client (if you use one with different accounts)?

It is a username I have across several forums (fora?). Just wondered if the info might have been harvested from here, but doesn't seem like others here have been targeted, so I'll check in other places. Sorry for the static
