Can't get old login..

HELP !!!

I had to create a new account because I forgot my user name, and that info was lost in a Windows 7 crash.

When trying to use my G-mail user address, the forum says that email address is in use.
So I try to get the info sent to me, "user name" but can't because the forum wants my user name!

So who in the admin staff can contact me by PM so I can give my G-mail address to and get me back on track with my user name at that address?
