Please make it easier for people to set up an account and login.

Have you heard of hell? Try living as an opensource user, where nothing works properly and every noticeboard has a different solution that doesn't work either, and a different login to boot.

Every contributor to this forum, I believe, uses an open source program.. specifically either Open Office or Libre Office, thus we are open source users.
This forum tries to supply a working solution for the problems that are put forth in regards to those programs.
Sometimes people will describe a problem in a manner that makes it seems like one or more of the solutions supplied will work, but don't, due to the fact that the OP (original poster) described the situation incorrectly.
Sometimes a solution will work for one person, but not for another, despite the fact that the problem is the same. This is usually due to a system specific scenario that is different.
