[Solved] How to report bug in math-editor documentation

Post by dmci »

The documentation area is disabled in bugzilla. Where should one report mistakes (not just typos or clarifications) in documentation about the math editor?

That's a good point! If you are talking about the bundled help (F1), as a workaround (I'll try do discuss this missing part on the dev mailing list later) you can start a bug against Math → component "Code" and put a tag [Help files] or [Documentation] at the beginning of the summary field. If you are talking about online documentation like the user guide you can use the "Infrastructure" product (there is a documentation component there) or just drop a line to the documentation mailing list at doc@openoffice.apache.org

BTW, which is the problem?

Follow up:

Thanks to Rob, one of our bugzilla admins, there is now a component called "Help" under each product. So, if you need to fill a report against the bundled help for Math, just start a bug report for

Product: Math
Component: Help
