We are here to assist users with specific questions regarding applications in OpenOffice and its derivatives, including, yes, how to convert things from Excel to Calc.

We are not here to engage in invidious comparisons.

Your question is about MS office, you say it in your first post. We are here to help OOo/AOO users, not to provide benchmarks.
If you want more relevant answers, ask in a MS Office forum.
AOO 4.1.6 on Xubuntu 18.10 and 4.1.5 on Windows 7 (with winPenPack port).
