I can print a screen shot in OO but how do I prepare it to post it in the forum?

All you need to do is save the captured image in a file on your computer. Once you do that, you can use the "Upload Attachment" link (below the message entry area after you click "POST REPLY"). For tips on posting large or confidential documents, see: [Forum] How to attach a document here
