[Solved] Why two OOo forums?

Can someone please clarify why we have two different OOo support forums? eg.

The OpenOffice.org Forum
and
OpenOffice.org community forum

Does each forum specialise in certain types of queries?

Has merging the two forums been considered?

Thanks for the link Hagar. As a simple user (!) I guess I will still have to keep an eye on both forums for now
