Where do I go for help?

I posted a question about not being able to print labels in writer 3 days ago. 21 people have read it, but no replies. Where can I go for help with this problem, or should I give it more time? I'm new to this.

Printing problems are very difficult to help with: there are too many details that are specific to the individual system, the specific printer, and sometimes, the specific document. On top of that, making labels (I assume you're doing a merge of some kind) is a complex and fragile process.

It all adds up make it difficult to make any specific suggestions.
