[Solved] How to close a bug?

Hi,

the bugtracking UI does not let me close bugs. I was asking to close, but it did not happen.

How can I close bug #49770 ?

Before the issue is accepted (status >= NEW), the reporter can close it. After the issue is accepted, only someone with "change" permissions can close it.

I don't know of anything more that can be done than what is already there--leave a note asking for it to be closed.
