[Solved] My post and its answers have disappeared

I posted around half an hour before this post, and had a really useful reply pointing me to another thread. My post and its repy have now disappeared from this forum (and my history too, oddly; must be framed CMS).

How can I get back to the post??

The easiest way is to use the 'View My Posts' link at the top of the page when you are logged in.
