[Solved] OCP outbox not working

I tried to send two PM to answer an question, but PM remained in my outbox. One in today 11:16 am, second 3:39 pm CET.
Something happend? Before server maintenance worked. :cry:

If I remember right (my brain fails me from time to time so I could be mis-remembering here) the PM will stay in your Outbox until the recipient reads it.
